Farm Storm. Acrylic on canvas, 24 x 48 inches. Painting en plein air, my view wasn’t nearly so interesting as when a horrendous storm unexpectedly hit. Luckily, I had refuge in a shed which allowed me to experience the storm somewhat safely. It was only after the storm that I added the rain’s gushes, changing directions, and feel of thunder.
