Frolic, Acrylic on canvas. 22 x 28 inches. These are lambs of Jacob Sheep from Hulls Springhills Farm, Dayton, PA. I was captivated with the friskiness and agility of these lambs and wanted to capture their liveliness. (This is excepting the week-old lamb, bottom left, who was unsure-footed and wasn't even out to pasture yet in actuality.) My challenge was assembling the many images I had of these lambs into one painting.
