Bzzz. Chalk and Oil Pastel on Paper, 9 x 12 inches. Mesmerized by the healing sounds of bees in my garden, I was moved to draw glimpses of them in context with the business of of wild asters, bee balm and other indigenous flowers which bees love. Due to unnecessary pesticides, particularly a group called "neonics" manufactured by Syngenta, bees are becoming extinct. I am very grateful they honor my pesticide-free garden.
