Looking out the window of an old house on a dreary, transition day between winter and spring, I was enamoured with how the tree branches mingled to create a fascinating dance. "Finding the Mother Tree" by Suzanne Simard comes to mind with the unseen mingling of tree roots and fungus underground that produce an interdependent network established to help each other.
