This adorable lamb was orphaned at about 2 days' old.  Bobby from Beechtree Farm, Hopewell, NJ, is her caretaker.  I fell in love with her immediately, and she let me hold her! Bobby has given me permission to use his photo of her as reference for my painting. I am moved by the preciousness and interconnectedness of life, including rocks, trees, earth and sky. Thankfully Stella will be raised for breeding purposes.
